This afternoon I'm packing up my Triumph into the Hyundai and heading northeast to 'ol Grass Valley to hang with the Throwbacks and try to finish fab on the Triumph. If all works out, I will be coming home Sunday night with all fab finished, including the new oil tank and exhaust, plus freshly rebuilt head. Then I can finally concentrate on rebuilding the motor (with a lot of help). When the rain stops in April or May I should be rolling on a pre-unit and spend the summer working the bugs out. And yes, I feel guilty leaving my pregnant wife alone all weekend. Hopefully there are enough crime shows on to keep her busy :)
