From The Vault

These pics are from 2003 working on my bike with my dad in his garage in Ohio. I believe I had just moved back from Austin, TX where I quit IBM as an industrial designer. The 2 years following 9/11 were very flighty, work wise. I was told to update my resume about every 2 weeks to prepare for layoffs. I finally had enough and quit, leaving Austin, and coming back to Ohio to figure out what I was going to do. This was my Yamaha VStar 1100 which I sold soon after these pics. It's amazing how much younger and skinnier I looked just 7 years ago. Time marches on.
