If the swingarm is a rockin'...

... the bushings are bad. I finally dug into the XS this weekend. I hadn't touched it since riding home from the 49 Mile Ride after the swingarm shaft was sheared off at the nut. I've discovered some bad juju. More to come when the new parts arrive.
