We bought a baby doll to try to start training our dogs to not be maniacs when we walk in the door. I'm sure it doesn't smell like a real child, but Luka is mostly apathetic and Sheena is downright shaking with fear.

Great Blog! Small tip, when the baby is born have the nurses give you either a wash cloth or a stocking cap and use it to help clean up the baby, put it in a baggie and take it home for the dogs, dont let them have it but let them get familiar with the smell, that way when you bring the baby home the smell is familiar.....
