Movin On Up

I was gifted about 2 hours of bike work time this month, so I started with moving the oil tank up about 3/4" to eliminate that gap. Instead of changing the mounts on the tank I modified the gearbox/engine brackets and my neighbor made me a threaded bung for the top mount. Next up is the seat!

I've spent every spare moment (around 40 hours) in the last month repairing and painting Max's new play structure. I bought it for $150, all redwood, and had to dismantle it myself (with help from my buddy Tom). I had to cut 4" off each post due to rot, 7" off the swing A-frame support, and 6" off the ladder. I replaced a bunch of 4X4s and some roof components and went through 4 gallons of water sealant. This weekend she went up!

For Sale: 1977 Honda CB750A Hondamatic Cafe Racer / Mild Custom

I've spent almost a year and a half working on this bike. It was part of the package deal to get the 1950 BSA B33 "Candyman Beezer." I'd keep it if I didn't already have a 750.

Tins are in excellent condition. Carbs have been upgraded to performance CB750K round slides. Bumped up the pilot jet to 42. Tons of information on SOHC forum about this upgrade. Carbs have been completely gone through and cleaned and carb sync'd. Intake boots have been reconditioned. New spark plugs, valves adjusted, cam chain adjusted, points adjusted and strobe timed. Ready to rock.

CB750K air box, new air filter, steel-braided brake lines, new brake fluid, new petcock. Brand new sealed 330 cca battery. Brand new custom wiring harness & headlight mount. includes original seat, gauges, and other bits.
